Though I don't feel I could call him a friend as such, so I feel I am impartial, I have known the proprietor of Great Valley for a long time and have bought several snakes from him and was never disappointed. I even sold him a soon-to-be breeding pair of albino Nelsies prior to my move to Taiwan. Bill gave me a very fair price. I have handled several snakes while there, with and without buying them, and have had a couple of bites. Big Deal! You can't expect every snake in the store to be handled enough to be tame. Some species are just naturally nippy. It's the buyer's job to tame the snake with a minimum of whining about it, not the seller's. Then you have the collectors who look at a snake (like a Mangrove Snake or a Green Tree Python) and go, oooo, pretty, then find out they can't deal with it.
