No matter what the season, there is always something to do, places to visit and opportunities to enjoy Lodi and its people. There are cultural and community events to enjoy, places to visit and people to talk to.

Attractions in Lodi include the San Joaquin Valley National Wildlife Refuge and California State Park. One example is Bebe Groves, a 258-acre oak park that offers all kinds of animals.

Come to the historic centre of Lodi for an event that will allow you to enjoy nature while tasting some of the best it has to offer. Visitors can take a guided walk through the rolling hills to sip wines that focus almost exclusively on the flavors of Spain.

Lodi is located in the heart of the Central Valley of California, south of Sacramento and north of San Francisco and is also located between the states. Cities like Stockton and Modesto offer agriculture - related tours and tasting rooms, as well as a variety of food and beverages. It houses a number of wineries, restaurants, wine bars and wine shops and is a popular destination for wine and beer lovers from around the world.

It is the home of the family - the four-day Vintage Festival, which has been a fixture for over 80 years.

Then there are concerts and sports games in the new downtown arena, and throughout the year there are a variety of festivals. As you can see at the rehearsal events, there is a lot to see and do in Lodi, but there is more to it. There are annual events related to the wine industry - more than 50 wineries are now active in this area. ZinFest, the trademark of the Lodi event, offers the opportunity to visit the tasting rooms of all the restaurants to taste new products and gourmet dishes from the local restaurants, as well as the Taste of Loda event in October. The Taste inLodi is the largest wine tasting of its kind in California and one of only a handful of events in North America.

On stage, the Lodi Musical Theatre Company is and always has been an outstanding part of the theatre community of Lodi. On the Stage "and is a member of the lodi theatres community and the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Guild.

Sponsored by the Lodi Musical Theatre Company and the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Guild, this annual concert series features a variety of music from local, regional and international artists from around the country and around the world.

This must-see event has gained national recognition and has benefited the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Guild, Lodi Musical Theatre Company, Joeaquin Grove Community Center and other local organizations. The first Saturday and Sunday of December takes place at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds in San Jose, California, from 2 - 4 pm.

In 1992, the Commission launched the Integrated Pest Control Programme, which became known as California's original grape sustainability programme, known as the Lodi Rules. This unconventional wine collection is grown according to 100% standards, which take into account the quality of the wine produced in a sustainable way. The Legends of California Wine Auction Dinner, held every April, is one of the largest wine auction dinners in the world, with over $100,000 in revenue. An art, music and wine festival with local artists, musicians, food trucks, live music and entertainment, as well as a wine tasting.

Today, some of California's most important wineries rely on grapes grown in the Lodi and Woodbridge regions. There are iconic Californian wines like Bedrock and Turley, which are top of the list for quality and sustainability, and there are many other great wines from the region, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, and many more.

The preservation of California's Japanese towns has found a remarkable collection of intact historic buildings in Lodi, and the collection has grown to a few hundred. Local volunteers identified a potential historic district and launched a campaign to raise awareness of Lodi's Japanese-American heritage. Micke Grove Regional Park has a new museum, the San Joaquin Valley Japanese American Heritage Museum, located south of Lodi. The history of the area is traced with many exhibits and interactive displays. The Santa Cruz County Historical Society building in Mickes Grove Regional Park houses an old museum of historic buildings, such as the St. Joe's Hotel, which traces the history of the area through many exhibits and interactions, as well as an interactive exhibition of historical photos.

While she is on the Preserving California Japan tour, Sumi Okuramura remembers her father selling vegetables in a horse-drawn cart on the way from Lodi to Florin. After travelling the world from a young age working on the family farm and vineyard, Dave returned to Lododi in 2010 to take up his first full-time job as a winemaker. Kevin has not only transformed the vineyards through the rigorous Lodi Rules program, but has also ensured that his company is one of the first wineries in California to pay a bonus to winemakers certified under the Loda Rules, and the only one in California.
